Do I need a physical center or hire any staff?
No. The model is completely online. You can operate from your laptop or mobile phone—no office, staff, or travel required.
Is prior sales experience required?
Prior experience is helpful but not mandatory. We provide you withtraining, sales scripts, and a little hand holding to help you becomeconfident in selling. All you need is willingness to learn and takeaction.
What are my exact responsibilities as a Growth Partner?
Your primary role is lead generation and sales. That means:- Reaching out to working professionals or businesses.- Explaining program and services benefits.-Converting leads into paid enrollments. We handle onboarding, training delivery, post-training support, certifications, and tech
How much can I earn?
You earn 10-30% commission (royalty) on every successful enrollment you close. 10% is for services and 30% is for programs/courses. There’s no upper cap on income. More enrollments = more earnings.
What is the Growth Partner onboarding fee? What does it cover?
The one-time onboarding fee is ₹99,000 (inclusive of 18% GST). This fee includes:-Official partner status-Sales training-Marketing materials-CRM access-Dedicated support team Success Fees will be adjusted against the Partner Onboarding Fees(excluding GST) until the total equivalent amount is exhausted. For example, if the onboarding fee is ₹1,00,000 (including GST) and the success fee is ₹5,000 (excluding GST) per sale, then no additional success fees will be charged until the first 20 sales are completed. This is not just a fee—it's an investment into your ability to build recurring income without any physical overhead.
Is the Partner onboarding fee refundable?
No, the partner onboarding fee is non-refundable, as it covers access to tools, systems, and training provided upfront. Please join only if you are serious and committed. Success Fees will be adjusted against the Partner Onboarding Fees(excluding GST) until the total equivalent amount is exhausted.
How and when do I get paid?
Once a student or client makes a payment, your royalty payout is processed within 1–2 working days. Payments are made immediately to your bank account upon clearance of funds.
What are Partner Success Fees?
Your commissions (royalty payouts) are called Partner Success Fees. They are adjusted against your onboarding fee until the total amount is recovered.
Is there a renewal fee?
Yes. After 18 months, there’s a 50% renewal fee (₹42,000 + GST), but if you generate ₹7.5 lakhs or more in revenue within that period, the renewal is 100% waived.
Can I accept payments from students directly?
Absolutely not. All payments must be made to the official company bank account only. Growth Partners are strictly prohibited from collecting fees in cash or via their personal/business accounts.
Do I have to handle teaching or student queries?
No. Our team handles the entire teaching process, backend operations, query resolution, certifications, and post-training support.
Will I receive leads from your side?
This is a performance-based model. We do not promise leads. In some cases, we might share inquiries, but there are no commitments onleads. You’re expected to generate your own.
Are there any hidden charges?
No hidden fees. The onboarding fee is all-inclusive for your setup. Renewal is optional after 18 months, and tools/training updates are part of your partnership benefits.
Can I do this part-time?
Yes. It’s a great fit for professionals, freelancers, homemakers, or anyone who wants to generate an additional income stream without quitting their current role.
